Shipping policy

We ship in all over India via reputed courier partners through Shiprocket and shipping is free within India for all prepaid orders. All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Samaajik is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping. Once your item has been processed and dispatched it is usually delivered within 6-7 working days.

Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on the time from order. Samaajik cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Samaajik reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Samaajik has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever. Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person-specific.

Order Processing Time : We usually take 3-5 working days to process an order.

Shipment Tracking : After placing an order, you will receive regular WhatsApp updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section by inserting the tracking number received over mail.
